At Ideas99.net, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund request within 7 days of purchase.

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at sales@ideas99.net to request a return authorization number.
2. Package the product securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the return authorization number in the package.
4. Ship the package to the address that will be provided to you with the return authorization number.

Once we have received your return, we will process it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom-printed products
• Perishable items
• Items that have been used or damaged
