Cancellation Policy
At Ideas99.net, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. We offer a cancellation policy that is fair and flexible.
To cancel your order, please contact us at sales@ideas99.net as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may be able to return the order for a refund. Please see our return policy for more information.
Please note that the following items cannot be cancelled:
- Custom-printed products
- Perishable items

Additional notes:
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may be subject to a restocking fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse to cancel an order if it has already been processed or shipped.
